I miss batam airport ... , its freakin expensive soto with no taste , the 75 thousand taxi ride to the ferry terminal
... gosh .. after all the half day journey it eventually cost more than a direct flight ! hahahah! freak!
I miss the ferry terminal ... the custom, the waiting room, the quite nice nasi goreng seafood restaurant while waiting to depart ...
I miss the ferry ... the wind, and the anxious feeling ...
I miss escalator ... and how i always stand one step lower to be in the same height ...
I miss nasi briyani ... and of course teh tarik ... the taste, the large portion, how it feels in my mouth after that, and washed up by the hot teh tarik ... warm.
I miss cooking nasi goreng, scrambled egg, sausage , or whatever you can find in the fridge
I miss the e ticket used to get in to the airport check in , when i'm actually not going .. lately is even better ... i got passport ;)
I miss waking up early and catch the 1st MRT to airport ...
I miss leaving the office running to catch X trans to the airport ...
I miss X trans bookings ... seat 9 and 10
I miss waiting in terminal 2D ...
I miss browsing jetstar, airasia, tiger, lion ...
I miss stopping at my nearest warung, or atm or whatever to top up my 3 number...
I miss the sound of my flexi phone ...
I miss walking at esplanade basement , and found out that the artwork is still the same ..
I miss getting on a shuttle bus in the middle of the nite and continue to get NR bus ...
I miss ikea ... the 29 m2, and all the arguments ...
I miss a lot of things ... and oh ya .. almost forgot ...
